Options For Homes Cameroon is a registered Real Estate Developer with the Minister of Housing and Urban Development (ARRETE No 0036/E/2/MINDUH/DHA du 03 December 2012) with its main objective of providing quality affordable homes and landed properties to thousands of Cameroonians home and abroad

2. How many estates do options have and where are these estates located?

Options For Homes Cameroon currently has two (2) estates. The Ocean View Estate- situated directed opposite the Limbe II council at Mokundange with a view of the Atlantic Ocean that will leave you speechless. And the Buea Mountain View Estate- located behind the newly reconstructed Molyko stadium, next to the Buea Central market, with a mesmerizing view of the Mount Fako ranges. However, Options is still in the process of acquiring land in other regions of the country so as to extend the vision to a wider market.Options For Homes Cameroon currently has two (2) estates. 3. Who qualifies to buy a Home with Options?

You 👉. You just have to be above 18 of age and have the ability to make the payment for the home.

4. What are the payment plans offered by Options for Homes Cameroon?

5. How does the Mortgage system work with the options For Homes Cameroon?

You are welcome to work with a financial institution of your preference who can finance the construction of your home. However, Options main partner for the mortgage in Cameroon is Credit Foncier du Cameroun (CFC). They offer the lowest interest rate as compared to other financial institutions in the country with an amortization period of up to 25years. With CFC, no down payment is required of buyers younger than 35years.  While 10% down payment is required of buyers older than 35years of age.

6. Who qualifies for the mortgage system with Credit Foncier du Cameroun (CFC)?

Once you are a citizen of below 60years of age and you have a stable source of income to support the monthly payment after the 1 year grace period is over, then you qualify.

7. Where can I get detailed information on the home prices and their floor plans?

Contact us via our emails or telephone numbers and your will be put in contact with a sales representative who will present you with all the necessary details you will need in respect to the company and its offers and he/she will help you through the entire process of becoming a homeowner with options Cameroon.

8. How do I become a home owner with Options Cameroon?
  • Contact us either by phone, email or visit the office and fill a reservation form with the help of an assistant.
  • Go through the site plan of the estate and reserve the home of your choice by paying your reservation fee of $100 (50.000CFA).
  • Go through the Purchase agreement and select the best payment option that is comfortable for you:
  • After 2weeks try to bring deposit 15% down payment of the total cost of the home selected.
