Options For Homes Housing Cooperative Society LTD (OHHCOOP) is a registered Real Estate Developer with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development (ARRETE No 0036/E/2/MINDUH/DHA on the 03rd December 2012) with main goal of provide quality, affordable homes and landed properties to thousands of Cameroonians around the globe by providing housing solutions that compliments the Cameroonian lifestyle in secured and sustainable communities
Who we Are
Options For Homes Cameroon an affiliate to Options for Homes Canada a housing provider in Canada for over 25years, wears many hats but our main objective is to help people find affordable housing and landed properties as a way to gain stability in their incomes, lives and families. Options’ offers help, from low to high income earners, stable- unstable income earners both in and out of the country to own homes and landed property within the country. We work with the government of Cameroon, international partners (Options For Homes Canada), service providers and local municipalities to create and support our goal of providing secured and exclusive mixed communities.
What we do
The need for quality, sustainable and affordable housing has never been greater. At its best, housing can help strengthen the social, economic and physical fabric of communities and neighbourhoods. Everyone deserves a place they can call home to be able to build a better future for themselves and their love ones. It is for this reason that Options has as objective to not only provide homes to Cameroonians, but also to provide these homes in a clean, secured, peaceful and sustainable environments thereby building healthier families and stronger communities.
